Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

 

Returns Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item was supplied
  • There is a production or specification error
  • A return has been pre‑approved by our Customer Care team

All items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Restocking charges may apply for items ordered incorrectly.

 

What is an NCR?

An NCR (Non‑Conformance Report) is a simple reference number we create when you report an issue with your order. It helps us log your query, track it properly, and make sure it’s resolved smoothly.

Before returning anything, you must request an NCR from our Customer Care team. Returns sent without an NCR may be rejected because we cannot match them to a logged issue.

 

How to Request a Return

To request an NCR, contact Customer Care with:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

 

What Happens Next

Once your item is returned and inspected, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
